The Coconut Grove project, first and foremost, was born from the mind of David Martin, Founder and President of Terra Group. His reputation for many successful projects along the Miami skyline has already set a standard for excellence. David has brought in the renowned architectural powerhouse of Arquitectonica, celebrated for their modern, sustainable architecture. The interiors are crafted by Meyer Davis Studio, known for sophisticated and timeless design that prioritizes comfort and harmony. The landscape architecture, envisioned by L&AND, integrates lush greenery and natural elements, creating tranquil outdoor spaces. Together, these teams are curating a living experience that balances luxury, wellness, and nature, redefining holistic living in one of Miami's most historic and iconic neighborhoods. 

Building From Experience

The WELL® Coconut Grove Residences will have The WELL Club anchored to the primary commercial space on both the ground floor and rooftop. Taking from the original New York City location, The Club is a wellness-focused private membership club that integrates luxury with holistic health practices. Located near Union Square, it was founded by Rebecca Parekh, Kane Sarhan, and Sarrah Hallock, combining their expertise in wellness, branding, and marketing. The club features services rooted in both Western medicine and Eastern healing traditions, offering members access to curated plans developed by experts in areas such as integrative medicine, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and sports medicine.

The WELL® has an expanded footprint into luxury resort destinations. Managed by Auberge, The WELL currently has 3 current world destinations with more in development:

• Chileno Bay in Cabo, Mexico featuring the healing powers of the Pacific Ocean.
• Perez-Zeledon mountain region of Costa Rica featuring the calming canopy and sounds of the jungle.
• Washington, Connecticut featuring rustic charm of the American countryside.

The Residences

There are over 70 different floor plan configurations ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms with den and laundry room options. All residences will feature deep balconies (or terraces for the townhomes and lofts), Samsung® washer & dryers, HVAC systems will have enhanced hypoallergenic protection through UV light filtration and materials and paints will all be LOW or NO-VOC by specification regardless of whether it is in the residence or in the amenity spaces.

The Kitchens, thoughtfully designed by Meyer Davis Studio will feature two Italkraft cabinetry & quartzite counter+backsplash options, Sub-Zero refrigeration (including under counter wine cooling), Wolf & ASKO cooking appliances and to ensure your wellness continues through cuisine, each unit will come with a Suvie Kitchen Robot, Nutribullet® Blender and Ninja® Air Fryer. 

The primary closets will be built with Infrared light therapy so you can easily use your closet time as meditative light therapy or just get the benefits while picking out your outfit for the day.

The bathrooms will feature hydrotherapy shower heads by Grohe, rainshower heads by Dornbracht and the 3 and 4 bedroom units will have built-in steam showers. Vanities will be by Italkraft, material finishes will be adorned in natural stones with an earth tone palette. Mirrors will have illumination and many units will have the added benefit of free-standing soaking tubs. 

The Building

The WELL® Club includes a 13,000 square foot expanse of facilities such as a reflexology room, steam and sauna areas, and a 10-room spa. It also provides access to yoga, meditation, and movement classes, as well as a boutique offering practitioner-approved wellness products. Members can enjoy personalized consultations with health coaches to tailor wellness journeys and benefit from communal spaces like a café offering Ayurvedic-inspired cuisine and a mindful library hosting events and workshops.

The secondary anchor to the building will be a signature restaurant situated on the corner of Tigertail Avenue and Mary Street and will feature a soon to be announced world-renowned chef bringing the fire to the culinary world in multiple world cities. 

The rooftop is where the magic unfolds for residence owners. Featuring 40,000 square feet of sprawling amenities situated among a layered and lush canopy of South Florida native plantings. Starting with the resident-only pool w/ cold and hot plunges, the main pool with private cabanas anchored by the The WELL® bar. For the fitness minded, the rooftop will have an outdoor equipment gym, fitness class platform and pickleball court. 

The Membership
